Black History Month Film Night February 20 | 5:30–7:30 PM

Doors open at 5:30 PM | Films begin at 6:00 PM
Join Soul Trak Outdoors for a community-centered Black History Month Film Night celebrating storytelling, stewardship, and Black leadership in outdoor spaces. This evening will bring together youth, families, and community partners for film screenings, conversation, and connection.
Doors will open to the general public at 5:30 PM, followed by a welcome reception featuring light snacks, beverages, and opportunities to learn more about Soul Trak Outdoors and connect with community partners.
At 6:00 PM, the film program will begin, featuring:
Setting Soul (13 min) — A short film documenting Soul Trak’s Bison Ski Trip with Howard University students
Monte (20 min) — The inspiring story of Monte Cosby, a mountain biker from Richmond, VA
Following the screenings, guests are invited to participate in a panel discussion and Q&A focused on Legacy and Stewardship in the Outdoors, featuring voices from Prime Ability students, Soul Trak, and community leaders.
The evening will conclude with networking from 7:00–7:30 PM, including opportunities to sign up for Soul Trak Outdoors’ upcoming programs and initiatives.
