Soul Trak Holiday Celebration

Join us for an evening of community, gratitude, and giving as we celebrate the season together! Bring Family, Friends, and Adventure Crew. Whether it's your first Soul Trak event or hundredth, we would love to see you!

Soul Trak will provide light food, and all beverages can be purchased at the bar! Please be sure to mention that you are with the Soul Trak group so that your purchase can go towards our group reservation. 

We'll gather to honor our exceptional Environmental Leadership Fellows, whose dedication and vision have made a lasting impact on our community and environment throughout the year. This special recognition celebrates their commitment to sustainability, leadership, and creating positive change.

The evening will feature a silent auction with various outdoor gear, packages, and experiences, offering everyone a chance to take home something special while supporting Soul Trak's mission. Whether you're looking for the perfect gift or treating yourself to a new outdoor experience, there will be something for everyone. 

  • A small auction for some cool prizes such as a pair of ice axes (for anyone wanting to get into ice climbing, we can hook you up with a mentor too!), a nice hydration bladder, and more new/gently used items.
  • A raffle giveaway, with chances to earn tickets throughout the night - by writing an advocacy letter, writing a thank you card to a donor, signing up for a program, or bringing a friend.
  • A used gear swap - bring any piece of gently used or new outdoor gear that you'd like to rehome, and there will be a table for people to give and get new-to-them gear! It's your chance to clear out the gear closet and also potentially pick up some nice items.

We will also provide free food, and any beverage purchase made at the bar (make sure to mention you're with the Soul Trak group) will go directly towards Soul Trak.
