Join the Soul Trak community to commemorate the end of a big year and celebrate the holidays!
Who: Soul Trak members, Cohort members, program participants, volunteers, donors, program partners, and friends and family.
What: We will have a short program of highlights of the year, as well as recognize the accomplishments of our cohorts and volunteers.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Holiday attire encouraged.
When: Saturday, December 3, 2023.
