IN ADDITION TO OUR HIKE THERE WILL BE AN EXERCISE ALONG THE TRAIL THAT WE WILL BREAK AND ENGAGE IN.

If you have asthma or any allergies please bring proper medical instruments, medication, and notify us if you are not able to do so.

Please wear close toed shoes and dress appropriately for weather.

We recommend bringing a water bottle!
